1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to Proconnet.com and related services. By using Proconnet, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific terms.

2. Account

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and do not allow unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use Proconnet for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate, spam, malware, unauthorised access, scraping without permission, deceptive claims, infringement or interference with platform security.

4. User Content

You retain rights in content you own. You grant Proconnet a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service, subject to applicable law and settings.

5. Leads and Matchmaking

Leads, introductions and recommendations are opportunities, not guarantees of sales, quality or conversion. Users must conduct due diligence.

6. Marketplace

Unless expressly stated, Proconnet is a platform for discovery/communication and is not the seller or manufacturer of third-party offerings. Sellers are responsible for products, services, pricing, taxes, fulfilment and warranties.

7. Jobs

Job listings and candidate information are for professional discovery. Proconnet does not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate suitability.

8. Events

Event-specific registration, exhibitor, sponsor, venue, cancellation and refund terms may apply. Where there is a conflict, the event-specific agreement governs.

9. Fees

Paid-service pricing, taxes, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase or in the applicable agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

Proconnet and its licensors retain rights in its software, branding, design and original content. Unauthorised copying, modification, distribution or reverse engineering is prohibited.

11. Availability

Features may change, be suspended or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Disclaimer/Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an available basis and Proconnet does not guarantee every user-provided statement, lead, listing or opportunity. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Suspension

We may restrict or terminate access for security, legal compliance, non-payment or Terms violations.

14. Governing Law

Indian law applies. Subject to mandatory law, courts at Mumbai, India shall have jurisdiction.
